About the Clinic

• Long-standing, busy mixed billing practice
• Mixed billing – bulk bill all pensioners and children (doctor’s discretion otherwise)
• Modern systems using Best Practice
• Pathology onsite
• Predominantly young patient demographic (mostly ages 10–30)
• Coastal lifestyle with cafés, beach, and public transport nearby
• 6 GPs working part-time and full-time
• 2 Registered Nurses onsite
• Vaccination nurse available on Tuesdays
• Friendly, collaborative, and experienced support staff
• $180 per hour or 70% of billings (whichever is higher)
• Strong patient demand and consistent bookings
